Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience across modern trade and traditional trade. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations, the ability to manage diverse customer portfolios, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


1. Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade and traditional trade to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

2.List vendor registrations in hypermarket or retail channels.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers in all channels.

4. Identify growth opportunities within assigned territories or accounts

5. Monitor and ensure product availability and visibility in large retail chains.

6. Negotiate shelf space and promotional activities with retailers.

7. Engage with wholesalers and small-scale retailers to ensure consistent product movement.

8. Collect and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.

9.Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication

10.Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities.

11.Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and efficient delivery.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, particularly in modern and traditional trade.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to different sales environments.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking tools and MS Office
