Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for embedded, engineering and product strategy roles
- Write compelling job descriptions tailored to each function
- Build and manage hiring funnels: shortlisting, screening, scheduling
- Conduct initial behavioral and culture-fit screens
- Coordinate with founders and team leads for interviews and feedback
- Build and maintain a talent database and referral pool
- Represent PRAD’s mission and culture in candidate outreach and onboarding
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and niche communities to discover and engage with top talent.
- Track hiring metrics: Regularly update and analyze data (time to hire, candidate pipeline stages, offer acceptance rates) to improve the recruitment process.
- Enhance employer branding: Collaborate with marketing or leadership to showcase company culture through social media, blogs, and events.
- Own the candidate experience: Ensure timely, transparent, and positive communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers: Help craft competitive offers, manage negotiations, and close candidates effectively.
- Stay updated on tech trends: Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and role expectations to align sourcing strategy with market trends.
- Participate in diversity hiring initiatives: Actively contribute to building an inclusive recruitment pipeline.
- Manage hiring tools and ATS: Maintain records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and improve workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical & startup recruitment
- Strong understanding of engineering roles: hardware, firmware, IoT, product,markets
- Proactive and self-driven - capable of working independently
- Bonus: Experience hiring in regulated industries & (medical, industrial)
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills
